In 2026, Rosendahl Nextrom acquired the Estonian Windak Group, which supplies solutions for the downstream end of the value chain: inline rewind lines, coilers, spooling and reel/box packaging systems, plus automated reel-handling and logistics equipment.
Rosendahl Nextrom is a part of the Knill Group. The internationally successful family business is led by Georg and Christian Knill in the 12th generation. The Knill Group develops and manufactures products and production systems for the global energy, communication and mobility infrastructure.
