For over 50 years, Fortuna Federn GmbH has been manufacturing machinery and equipment for the production of technical springs with wire diameters of up to 100.00 mm (3.93″), both in cold and hot forming processes.

COM CNC Machinery is purpose-built for high-volume production, offering advanced capabilities to manufacture a wide range of springs, including extension springs, compression springs, single-side conical springs, and conical springs. The intuitive software interface features a spring table with a limit of 1000 lines, each reflecting precise wire feeding amounts per line and providing 1:1 control of all motors involved in spring forming.
